The Hershey Intermodal Facility is located in the downtown center of Hershey, PA. This $14 million, 595-space parking facility was designed and constructed in two phases. The Bus Station construction included an elevated pedestrian bridge crossing an active Norfolk Southern rail line. CCM (Grantwise Managing Partner) provided owner representation on both phases of the project which included $3 million in RACP funding and $3.2 million in Federal transportation funding. The project also utilized Derry Township and private funding.
